Change comes unnoticeable people are never ready or prepared for change. Change causes resistance and conflicts, but they are healthy. There will be a time in our lives when we will be forced to deal with change, disappointment, decision making and failure.
Janz, 36, who is about to become a first time dad, agreed to meet me before a tour of Kaiser’s maternity ward. We met outside the hospital, then spent the next 15 minutes trotting down hallways and taking elevators to find his wife, Heather, and a maddeningly well hidden conference room. When we finally found it, Janz invited me to stay for the tour, but I didn’t want to relive the childbirth experience.
Burmese pythons over 16 feet long have been found in the Everglades. In addition, some of the declining species could be both victims of being eaten by pythons and of having to compete with pythons for food. “It is possible that other mammal species, including at risk ones, have declined as well because of python predation, but at this time, the status of those species is unknown.”The scientists noted that in their native range in Asia, pythons have been documented to consume leopards.

I will probably be switching to simply using pretty rocks I like!.
A hundred feet or so down the road, Kagele has a replacement well, built in 2003, that goes much deeper, one of his five deep wells that penetrate as far as 2,500 feet below ground. They each draw about 1,000 gallons of water per minute, 24 hours a day, eight months a year like other modern wells, Kagele said. And each well cost him about $1 million to drill and build..
